This great chair is a BOLD example of an Eastern Connecticut Windsor from the latter part of the 18th century
THE GRUNGY OLD CRACKLED EARLY 19TH CENTURY BLACK PAINTED SURFACE IS FANTASTIC
The seat height is a full 17" tall
