I am unsure of the metal - it seems a bit light for silver (13.7 oz) and is not marked as such (it's not marked at all and I've moved recently and have misplaced my metal-testing acids)
Possibly chrome (although it's tarnishing in spots, more like silver or silver plate)? 5 3/4" high x 5" diameter at the top
Possibly a communion chalice? Circa 1910s-20s
