This hand wrought open fire cooking tool is made from 3/16" square iron with a spiral platform on one end and a turned wood handle on the other
The 5" diameter spiral surface has a pointed center barb to hold the food in place
The long rod has some decorative twists along it's 25" length and is secured to an 8" long handle with a pin
