HEAVY DUTY 1 INCH STEEL TUBING
The Brackets are 8 inches long
The base plate for mounting are 1/4 inch steel with 1/4 inch mounting hole for lag bolt
SHELVES SHOWN IN PICTURES ARE 2 1/2 INCHES THICK, 48 INCHES LONG , 12 INCHES WIDE
I did a test by mounting one bracket and checking if it supported my weight of 180 lbs and it stayed secure
I would recommend not using shelves more than 12 inches wide
, They are 12 in wide and 48 in long and 2 1/2 inches thick using two brackets
