This ornate chatelaine is a golden colored metal and dates to the late 19th century
The thimble is made of nickel silver and has the mark for the Charles Iles company
It's about an American size 10 (16.4 mm diameter opening)
The chatelaine measures 13 1/8" long from top to bottom and has a strong clip and hinge on the back
