The Spectacles also came with the fine Tooled Moroccan Tooled Leather Case as seen, which I am sure is later, probably mid 19th Century, but also a very desirable find in it's own right I am sure
The Spectacles measure 4-1/4 inches wide by 1 inch tall and are 4-1/4 inches long with the arms in and 5-3/4 inches long with the arms fully extended
The Spectacles have a total weight of 34 grams and I am sure the Gold Melt value along must be substantial but they deserve to be in a fine private or museum collection
