South Pittsburg, Tennessee circa 1940's to 1950's. This has the 3-notch inset heat ring and polished cooking surface
The pans dimensions are 6 5/16" in diameter, 6 9/16" from spout to spout, 10" from the end of its handle across pan and 1 3/8 inches tall at the rim, weighing 1 pound 13.8 ounces
