They are made of two layers of leather stitched together with a foam rubber insert
This box measures 19 x 9 x 3 cm
The supports are marked mens size 6-8. They measure roughly 17 x 8 cm and provide about 1.5 cm of lift at the outside edge
(not including the auxilliary wedges which provide about an additional 0.5 cm of lift
