This gorgeous wood flute is another wonderful instrument made by the Bettoney Company at a time when they were one of the best flutemakers in the U.S
With a serial number of 3943, the flute was likely made in the late 1910s
With a sounding length of 606mm, the flute was built to play at a=435, but I was able to play it at a=440 with very little effort
