Here is a vintage art deco silver-plated Waldorf-Astoria Spoon/Fork (spork) made by International Silver
Piece measures 5.5 inches and has the handle design created in 1931 by Peer Smed,* one of the most famous metal artisans of the art deco period
*Peter Smed, a highly sought silversmith/metalworker in Denmark around the turn of the 19th century, created silverware for the royal families of Sweden and Denmark
