For your consideration is antique trial lens frame from the early 1900's. It was used by an optometrist to examine eyes It is a bit smaller than the average trial lens frame measuring 5 1/4 inches across the front from hinge to hinge The temples are 6 inches in length There are 3 wells on each side to hold up to 6 standard size trial lenses (37mm)
