It is a beautifully crafted little piece of work made of a rich hard wood with brass fittings, all of which could be brought back to the original shine, if you roll that way
The viewer measures 5.75" long x 2" wide and 1.5" thick when folded up and weighs a diminutive 4.1 ounces, though it is made of solid wood and metal, with ground glass lenses
