WHAT A GREAT AND EARLY BOWL!!! This bowl measures 2 1/2 inches tall, the widest is 7 inches on the outside measurement
The base is 3 3/4 inches
The wood has shrunk 1/2 inches thus is no longer exactly round as it would have been when made
There is a 4 inch crack on one edge that is seen in the photos
Nice addition to your 18th century collection
I collect 18th century American furniture, primarily Southern too
