For your consideration is antique trial lens frame from the early 1900's. It was used by an optometrist to examine eyes
It is a much smaller than the average trial lens frame measuring 4 1/4 inches across the front from hinge to hinge
The temples are 5 1/2 inches in length
There are 2 wells on each side to hold up to 4 small trial lenses (32mm)
