The instrument is made of Brass and Cast Iron
7-1/2" in height and 6" across the base/feet, The large brass base plate is 4-1/4"L. The telescope is 6-3/4" long in closed position & 9" extended
When the two scopes are lined up (in closed position) the instrument measures 13" long, end to end
The prism is about 1" in height and it has only a couple of nicks
