This ornate chatelaine is silver plated metal and dates to the late 19th century
The thimble has the English sterling hallmarks for Chester 1895 and the retailer's mark for H. J. Cooper & Co (made by Charles Horner)
It's about an American size 8 (15 mm diameter opening)
The chatelaine measures 13 3/8" long from top to bottom
