THESE ARE VERY EARLY TO MID 19TH CENTURY 1800-1850s The earliest trade tacks were made of solid cast brass with brass square tapered shanks and where traded by the Hudson Bay Company, North West Trade Company and others There are no two identical carbon copies, all average about the same size within a 1/32" and some have irregular edges
