These dolls are made from ACTUAL MUMMY CLOTH dating to 1000-1500AD!
However, the quality of the textile material has not suffered from this, and the Chancay material is always well finished off and carefully made
The Chancay culture is believed to have been conquered and incorporated into the Inca Empire in the mid to late 13th century
This doll measures 5 1/2" tall
