This style is typically found on Singer treadle bases dating from the 1900's to 1920's. The wheel has a narrow outer ring compared to the center thickness
The wheel measures 1-1/4" diameter x 1/2" thick at the center and 3/8" thick at the outer ring
It requires a screw or pin that is 1/4" diameter and at least 1-7/16" long pin
