Nice old Native American - Plains Indian beaded awl case dating to the late 19th or early 20th century
This is a fine and very attractive example of Plains beadwork and although I don’t know its tribal origin, it may be Sioux, Blackfoot, Cree, Nez Perce, Comanche, or Apache
