The kits are all brass, good weight, and stand just under 11 inches high, assembled , as shown
The column tube is 1&1/2 inches external diameter (approx 39mm)
The brass column tops have a thread inside that accepts 6mm coarse thread or 1/4 inch whitworth, so you can screw in the steel rod to hold your completed column to whatever base you're using
