This remarkable pair of late 1800s molded milk glass novelties appear to depict Cleopatra’s needles or similar and each measures 8 ¾” tall x 3 ½” base
These were made by Harry Greener and Company (of Sunderland, England) in 1877 to commemorate the arrival of the Ancient Egyptian monument Cleopatra's Needle in London in 1878
