Made by an old timer here in S.E. Ohio a long time ago this old bellow still blows air, though it's not in its prime
I would imagine it was made from whatever would was available when it was made and don't believe the writing has anything to do with the bellow
It measures approximately 18 1/2" long, 5 1/4" high & 6 1/2" wide, extended
