This wonderful little egg shaped etui is made of frosted opaline glass and trimmed with gilded brass filigree
The egg is 3 1/4" tall and 2" in diameter
The thimble is gilded silver and has the French boar's head hallmark used for 800/1000 pure silver
*This item is made of bone from a domestic cow (bovine) and not from an endangered species
