This 20th century sailor's hat ribbon from the frigate CONSTITUTION came from an old collection who's focus was the USS CONSTITUTION
The silk ribbon is embroidered with the name of the frigate and was probably used by one of the ship's company reenactors
It measures 35 inches long and 1 1/2 wide
