Ancient Byzantine Ceramic 'GREEK FIRE' 10th Century AD
The 11 cm wide 15 cm high ceramic Hand Grenad is hollow with a small hole at the top which would have been filled with a petroleum mixture and charged with naphtha - 'Greek Fire'
