An original antique circa 1830-40's single draw telescope / spyglass of rather large size being 31 1/2" closed and 38 1/2" open with a diameter of approximately 2 1/4"
The telescope is made of brass and wood and is signed by the maker M Rossin Paris on the draw who in 1836 succeeded his relative Cauchoix as head of this famous maker of optical instruments
