The closest thing i can find is a folding Persian spoon from the Timurid Dynasty an empire which covered Persia and Central Asia in the 14th - 15th century BUT I HAVEN'T GOT A CLUE
The spoon measures approx 10.75" long with a bowl diameter of about 4.25"
It appears to be made from either copper or perhaps bronze as it is quite heavy - with a silver wash over it
The spoon is hinged enabling it to fold up so maybe a traveling or nomadic origin
