This very old, 18th century antique violin
The violin bears the label of David Christian Havemann, an Organist and violin maker who worked in Klingenthal, Germany in the 18th century
This is a fine quality instrument, handmade by a single maker
The back measures 353mm or 13 7/8 inches
The string length is 328mm and the neck stop is 130mm
