and still works for most part The piece measures 14 inches long by 4 inches below is some info I found on them made in 1800s a very rare piece They have been made in a variety of forms, from the box-like Hohnerette, to cylindrical models such as Hohner's Organette and the Fluta by Christian Weiss The Hohner Sax was a blow accordion made in the shape of a saxophone, perhaps inspired by the goofus There are no labels or marks, just a metal plate on the corners stating "Made in Germany"Nicely designed, and fairly unique instrument with a nice wood and metal (silver) finish
