I think that it was probably not made in 1625 and that it is probably not an original Maggini violin
My little bit of internet research tells me that it might have been made in Germany in the late 19th century
It measures about 1 inch by 1 inch
The overall length of the entire violin not including the end pin measures close to 22 7/8 inches long
The body not including the end pin measures about 13 7/8 inches long
