It is marked MADE BY WHITE MFG CO GARDENA CAL. It has two lead weights marked 26 oz & 22 oz
It is made of steel with old green & gold paint, I don't know if the paint is original
The base measures about 9" x 3" with a beam length of 8 - 1/4"
