This is a vintage Beebe Binocular Loupe used by physicians, jewelers etc for fine work
It is made by American Optical Company
Not sure of the exact date of production, but my research shows this model to be made from around 1900 to 1950
Box 5 1/2 in. L x 3 3/4" W x 2 3/4" H
