An ivory terracotta standing figure of the ancient Near Eastern goddess Ishtar, ca. 1st Millennium BC
Some discoloration from burial, the head having been re-attached, 3-3/4" (9.5cm) tall, 2-1/4" (5.7cm) across the elbows, and the body is 5/8" (1.6cm) thick
Mounted and labeled on a polished hardwood plinth, the overall height is 7-1/4" (18.4cm)
