Markings on blade are “I*XL GEORGE” / “WOSTENHOLM” / “SHEFFIELD” / ENGLAND” indicate late 19th c. or very very early 20th century manufacture
The scraper measures 5-1/2" long overall while the steel protrudes a total of 1-3/8” from the handle
