This scale was typically made from stamped copper metal and then painted black
It is a spring balance lever type scale, and is roughly 4 1/2 inches tall and 4 1/2 inches back to front
Applicable postage is marked along side the item weight with the cost for local area ( 2 cents to 32 cents) and other points (3 cents to 48 cents)
