This is a 1,200 - 1,600 year old Precolumbian Mayan celt / axe head made from an extremely hard black almost jadeite stone from the Peten region of present day Guatemala It measures 3.25" long and is polished throughout, with just a small area of pitting in the back that was a part of the natural stone
